Tanggung jawab: Manage the team's daily operations, including the procurement of equipment, studio supplies, and other operational materials required by the live streaming team; Ensure and monitor that the live streaming schedule prepared by the PIC is executed smoothly and according to plan; Monitor and evaluate the performance of hosts and co-hosts during live streaming sessions; Handle team administration, including reviewing daily attendance records and calculating sales commissions for hosts and co-hosts; Manage recruitment and talent development by interviewing prospective hosts and conducting regular training sessions; Record and monitor the team's operational expenses accurately and on a regular basis; Serve as the primary liaison and interpreter (Mandarin ↔ Indonesian) between the operations team and management, ensuring smooth and effective communication as well as accurate delivery of instructions.
Kualifikasi: Must be fluent in spoken Mandarin; Prior experience in live streaming operations is preferred; Detail-oriented, responsible, and possesses strong communication skills; Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent; Willing to work overtime when required.
