Assistant Manager Internal Audit

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in accounting/Auditing from reputable university Minimum 5 years' experience in handling audits

Experience at Palm Oil Plantations and Mill Audits is preferred Prior experience as an Auditor at a public accounting firm/ KAP (Kantor Akuntan Publik) Spoken English is an advantage

Based at Jakarta Regional office with strong willingness travel to Plantation sites in Kalimantan and Nabire (2 weeks Jakarta and 2 weeks Plantation sites). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct operational, financial, compliance, and investigative audits to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and alignment with company policies and regulations.

Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and provide actionable recommendations to improve processes, mitigate risks, and enhance organizational performance. Prepare audit working papers, draft audit reports with clear findings and recommendations, and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with audit standards and guidelines. Follow up on audit findings, monitor the implementation of corrective actions, and support special audits and investigations as required by management or the Audit Committee.
