Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major related to the field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Export Import / Logistics in a freight forwarding / Logistics company
• Familiar with export/import processes, domestic logistics, and freight forwarding is advantageous
• Possess a good understanding of export-import processes, domestic logistics, and freight forwarding operations
• Able to learn quickly, with good communication and negotiation skills
• Have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work with a team
• Placement in North Jakarta
• Waktu Bekerja
• Waktu regular, Senin – Jumat

Tanggung Jawab

• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure seamless shipping operations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance shipping efficiency and increase customer satisfaction
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication
