Perusahaan ini bergerak di bidang operasional perkebunan kelapa sawit yang membutuhkan asisten untuk membantu manajer dalam memastikan operasional workshop pusat dan workshop estate berjalan sesuai dengan pedoman perusahaan. Peran ini bertanggung jawab atas seluruh aktivitas unit workshop, termasuk memastikan kelancaran pemeliharaan dan perbaikan mesin pendukung. Anda akan mengestimasi kebutuhan suku cadang, menyusun laporan harian workshop, serta memastikan metode kerja mekanik sesuai dengan standar perusahaan, termasuk menjaga aspek kualitas, keselamatan, dan kesehatan kerja.
Tanggung jawab: Assist the THA/Manager in ensuring the operations of the central workshop and estate workshop run in accordance with Company guidelines; Be responsible for all workshop unit activities; Ensure that all workshop operations run smoothly; Manage maintenance and repair activities for support machinery; Estimate the spare parts needed for maintenance and repairs based on the results of machinery inspections; Prepare a Daily Workshop Report based on the work performed by each mechanic; Ensure that mechanics’ work methods and results meet company standards; Ensure the team follows all assigned procedures; Maintain quality, safety, and occupational health.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Heavy Equipment Engineering; At least 3 years of experience managing a workshop for engine repair and maintenance; Preference for candidates with experience in a similar position at a palm oil plantation; Able to operate light vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment.
