PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya merupakan jaringan restoran casual dining yang terus berkembang dan terkemuka di Jakarta, saat ini membuka kesempatan bagi profesional yang termotivasi tinggi untuk bergabung sebagai Assistant Beverage Manager atau Coffee Specialist. Posisi ini berperan penting dalam mendukung Beverage Manager untuk menjaga standar kualitas kopi, mengembangkan inovasi menu minuman, mengelola data operasional yang akurat, serta memastikan konsistensi produk di berbagai cabang outlet. Tugas utama peran ini meliputi pengembangan resep kopi, penelitian produk baru, standarisasi SOP penyeduhan, pelatihan barista, serta pengolahan dan analisis data operasional secara teliti untuk mendukung efisiensi bisnis dan kebutuhan manajemen secara menyeluruh.
Tanggung jawab: Support the Beverage Manager in maintaining coffee quality and operational standards across multiple outlets; Develop and improve coffee menus, including espresso-based beverages, manual brewing, and signature coffee creations; Conduct coffee research and product development to introduce new ideas, flavors, and brewing techniques; Establish and maintain standardized coffee recipes, brewing methods, and SOPs to ensure consistent product quality; Evaluate coffee beans, roasters, suppliers, and equipment to maintain quality and cost efficiency; Conduct coffee training and coaching for baristas and outlet teams to improve technical skills and product knowledge; Perform regular quality checks and outlet visits to ensure consistency in coffee taste, extraction, and presentation; Collaborate with the Beverage Manager, Operations, and Procurement teams on coffee sourcing, menu development, and product improvement; Monitor coffee trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation; Support beverage costing, recipe standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives; Process, consolidate, validate, and analyze data related to coffee and beverage operations, including recipe master data, costing, inventory, and other operational records; Prepare and maintain systematic, accurate, and well-structured reports and documentation to support operational evaluations, management decisions, and business needs; Review, organize, update, and standardize working files and databases, including Excel spreadsheets, master data, reports, and supporting documents, ensuring they are clear, consistent, well-organized, and easy to retrieve; Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and consistency, and follow up on incomplete, inconsistent, duplicated, or outdated information to maintain reliable operational records.
Kualifikasi: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the coffee, specialty coffee, hospitality, or F&B industry; Strong technical knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, espresso extraction, brewing methods, and coffee equipment; Previous experience as a Assistant Beverage Manager, Senior Barista, Head Barista, Coffee Trainer, or Coffee Specialist is preferred; Experience in coffee menu development, recipe creation, and beverage innovation; Experience supporting coffee operations across multiple outlets is an advantage; Strong data processing, consolidation, validation, analysis, and reporting skills, particularly using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; Proficient in organizing, maintaining, validating, and standardizing files and databases, including identifying incomplete, duplicate, inconsistent, or outdated data; Able to prepare accurate, systematic, and easy-to-understand reports and maintain structured documentation and master data to support operational and management needs; Creative, proactive, and passionate about coffee, with the ability to bring new ideas and concepts; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills; Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and data accuracy; Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken); Willing to travel to different outlets as required.
