Job Purpose Support the Area Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, managing distributor operations, and driving market growth within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Manage and develop distributors to ensure effective product distribution. Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and market coverage.

Lead and coach sales representatives and field sales teams. Execute trade marketing and promotional activities. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures. Build strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and wholesalers. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews.
