The Asset Management Supervisor is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of industrial equipment, from initial acquisition and installation through to decommissioning. This role focuses on implementing robust preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize factory downtime and ensure operational continuity. The supervisor plays a critical role in evaluating and managing capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets for new technology investments. Furthermore, the position involves tracking and optimizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) across automated packing and processing lines. The supervisor is tasked with maintaining strict inventory control for spare parts, managing vendor relationships through service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring all production assets remain in full compliance with safety and operational standards. The role also requires capacity planning to align equipment capabilities with supply chain demands and production scaling needs.
