RGF HR Agent Indonesia membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk bergabung sebagai Assembly & Sales Supervisor di Cikarang. Perusahaan bergerak dalam penyediaan suku cadang alat berat dan mesin konstruksi. Posisi ini menuntut tanggung jawab dalam mengawasi aktivitas penjualan harian secara langsung di lapangan bersama tim, memimpin proses perakitan komponen mesin konstruksi, serta menyupervisi tim operator perakitan. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup alokasi pekerjaan harian, pemantauan progres, pemberian pelatihan langsung (on-the-job training), pengelolaan proses sub-perakitan dari awal hingga akhir, serta pengoperasian dan pengawasan keselamatan penggunaan forklift, crane, kunci momen, dan peralatan perakitan lainnya. Pemegang posisi juga bertindak sebagai penghubung utama dengan pelanggan untuk urusan penjualan, teknis, kualitas, dan perakitan, serta berkoordinasi dengan pemasok dan departemen internal guna memastikan kelancaran operasional.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee daily Sales activities, working hands-on alongside the team; Lead and perform hands-on assembly of construction machinery parts and components; Supervise and develop a team of assembly operators, allocating daily work, monitoring progress, and providing on-the-job training; Manage sub-assembly processes from preparation through to completion; Operate and oversee the safe use of forklifts, cranes, torque wrenches, and other assembly tools; Establish, document, and continuously improve assembly procedures and work standards; Ensure all assembly work meets required quality standards and customer specifications; Carry out and oversee final product inspections prior to delivery; Prepare, maintain, and control quality documentation (QMS, Work Standards, Inspection Standards) and related process procedures; Act as the point of contact for customers on sales, technical, quality, and assembly matters; Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to keep operations running smoothly; Identify operational and quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions; Other tasks assigned; Job Requirements:; Associate degree (D3) in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering; Business English proficiency; Minimum 5 years of experience as Assembly staff handling sub-assembly work for construction machinery parts and components; Forklift certification (SIO); Proven shop-floor experience combined with team supervision, including the ability to establish and control quality documentation; Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively; [Only CV in English will be processed]; We RGF HR Agent Indonesia is strictly following the personal data protection law in Indonesia.
