PT. Amertec Eraplast merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konstruksi dan manufaktur. Posisi Project Estimator ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam menyusun dan meninjau Bill of Quantities (BOQ) berdasarkan kebutuhan proyek yang spesifik. Tugas utama posisi ini meliputi perhitungan biaya proyek secara komprehensif, termasuk biaya tenaga kerja, material, peralatan, dan pengeluaran terkait lainnya. Estimator juga berperan dalam menyiapkan penawaran harga yang akurat untuk keperluan tender dan penjualan, melakukan kunjungan lapangan untuk pengukuran, serta berkoordinasi erat dengan tim Sales dan Project guna memastikan estimasi biaya yang kompetitif dan tepat sasaran.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare and review BOQ based on project requirements; Calculate project costs, including manpower, labour, materials, equipment, and other related expenses; Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for tenders and sales purposes; Conduct site visits and field measurements to support project estimation; Coordinate with Sales and Project teams to ensure accurate and competitive costing.
Kualifikasi: Minimum D3 in Engineering, Construction, or a related field; 3–5 years of experience as an Estimator, preferably with project tender experience; Willing to be based in Cikarang; Willing to conduct site visits and field measurements.
