Kualifikasi

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–3 years of laboratory experience is preferred
• Mining laboratory experience is an advantage
• Required Skills:

Tanggung Jawab

• Sample Preparation
• Receive, register, and identify incoming samples
• Crush, dry, pulverize, split, and weigh samples according to laboratory procedures
• Ensure proper sample traceability and prevent contamination
• Laboratory Analysis
• Perform chemical assays and analytical testing on: Exploration drill core samples, Ore samples, Heavy mineral concentrates, Tailings, Refined gold products
• Determine the concentration of: Gold (Au), Silver (Ag), Copper (Cu), Lead (Pb), Zinc (Zn), Arsenic (As)
• Meet required analytical detection limits:
• Au: 0.1 g/t
• Ag: 0.2 g/t
• Cu/Pb/Zn: 0.5 g/t
• Analyze routine samples with grades ranging from 1–50 g/t
• Verify refined gold purity up to 99.99%
• Laboratory Equipment:
• Operate laboratory instruments safely and efficiently
• Perform routine calibration and maintenance
• Report equipment malfunctions promptly
• Data & Reporting
• Record analytical results accurately
• Prepare laboratory reports
• Verify results before submission
• Maintain complete testing records
• Quality Assurance & Safety
• Follow ISO, laboratory SOPs, and QA/QC procedures
• Use reference standards, blanks, and duplicate samples where required
• Comply with HSE requirements and proper chemical handling procedures
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization
