Posisi Area Sales Manager (GT) bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mendorong pencapaian kinerja penjualan di area penugasan Sukabumi dan Cianjur. Peran strategis ini berfokus pada perluasan jangkauan pasar serta pencapaian target perusahaan melalui eksekusi pasar yang sangat baik. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi kolaborasi erat dengan distributor dan tim penjualan, memastikan ketersediaan produk di pasar, membangun serta memelihara hubungan baik dengan key outlets dan mitra bisnis, mengidentifikasi peluang pertumbuhan bisnis, serta bekerja sama dengan sub-distributor maupun pihak ketiga lainnya secara profesional.
Tanggung jawab: Drive sales performance across the assigned area; Collaborate closely with distributors and sales teams; Ensure product availability and excellents market execution; Build and maintain strong relationships with key outlets and business partners; Identify business growth opportunities and expand market reach; Requirement.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 3 years experience as Area Sales Manager GT in Consumer Goods/Food & Beverages Industry; Bachelor's Degree in any field; Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Particularly ms excel); Strong leadership skill and excellent communication; Good analytical thinking and problem solving; Ready to work with sub distributors and other third parties; Willing to be placed in assigned area (Sukabumi).
