PT Hoki Distribusi Niaga (HDN) is a distribution company seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales activities across Jakarta, Medan, or Surabaya. The role involves managing sales teams, monitoring performance, executing promotional programs, and building distributor relationships to drive business growth.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and develop the sales team; Monitor stock and sales performance; Ensure execution of sales and promotional programs; Provide market insights; Work closely with distributors to achieve sales targets.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field; 2–4 years of experience in Area Sales or Regional Sales, preferably in FMCG; Proven experience in leading sales teams and working with distributors; Willing to travel for business trips.
