• What You’ll Do
• Drive sales growth by leading and motivating retail teams across assigned stores
• Execute sales strategies to expand customer base and strengthen local market presence
• Monitor and manage area performance, including sales targets and profit & loss (P&L)
• Build strong relationships with customers and key local stakeholders
• Ensure consistent store execution, operational discipline, and customer service standards
• Coach, develop, and evaluate store teams to improve performance and engagement
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify improvement opportunities
• Support store rotations and area coverage as required to ensure business continuity
• What You’ll Bring to the Team
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the gadget or mobile phone retail industry
• Proven experience leading retail teams and managing multi-store or area-level operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; English proficiency is a plus
• Target-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to rotate across stores or areas as needed
• Strong local network and market knowledge within the region
• High level of ownership, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment
