Area Operations Supervisor Denpasar

Fabrica is expanding, and we're looking for a strong operational leader to join our team in Bali. As an Area Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across our Bali area, driving service quality, productivity, and team performance while delivering the best customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily operational activities across assigned areas. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within company quality standards Manage survey, installation, and maintenance of our products

Coordinate with cross-functional departments Handle operational issues and implement effective corrective actions Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance.

Incharge as a showroom PIC in Bali Requirements Bachelor's degree in any related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, field management, construction, manufacturing, or service-related industries. Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams or locations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
