Sebagai Area Operations Coordinator, Anda akan memegang peran penting dalam memimpin serta mengoptimalkan seluruh operasional ritel di wilayah Palangkaraya, Banjarmasin, dan Banjarbaru. Posisi ini bertindak sebagai jembatan operasional utama antara kantor pusat dan tim multi-toko guna mendorong pencapaian target penjualan, meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan, serta memastikan eksekusi merek berjalan dengan optimal. Tanggung jawab harian mencakup pengawasan operasional berbagai toko ritel, pemantauan pencapaian standar kinerja, kunjungan toko berkala, serta koordinasi erat dengan tim trainer, merchandising, visual merchandising, logistik, dan pemasaran guna mendukung program promosi dan kelancaran bisnis secara menyeluruh.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee the operations of multiple retail stores within an assigned area; Ensure stores meet sales goals, operational standards, and customer satisfaction benchmarks; Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and address issues; Coordinate with the Trainer team to ensure the store team meets the company standards an achieve operational excellence; Analyze area performance data and develop action plans for improvement; Working closely with the Merchandising team regarding stock and promotional activities; Working closely with the Visual Merchandising team regarding store display to increase sales; Coordinate with logistics and marketing to ensure smooth operations and promotional programs are implemented well; Involve in all operational activities, including store opening, pop-up store, bazaar, exhibition, etc.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations with supervisory responsibilities; Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills; Ability to manage multiple stores and teams effectively; Familiarity with retail KPIs and performance analysis tools; Proven experience in doing data analysis for generating insights and boost stores performance; Has good leadership and mentoring skills; Willing to frequently travel for work.
