Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola operasional ritel di tingkat regional. Peran ini menuntut kepemimpinan yang praktis (hands-on) melalui kunjungan toko secara rutin untuk memastikan eksekusi operasional berjalan dengan baik. Anda akan berperan dalam mendorong pertumbuhan penjualan dan pendapatan di berbagai toko, memantau KPI ritel seperti tingkat konversi, ATV, UPT, dan produktivitas toko. Selain itu, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk melatih Store Leader dan Sales Associate guna membangun tim penjualan yang berkinerja tinggi serta mengidentifikasi peluang penjualan baru.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, minimum GPA 3.00; Minimum 12 years of retail experience, including 6 years in multi-store or regional management; Preferably experienced in footwear, apparel, sportswear, or lifestyle retail; Proven track record in driving sales growth and revenue performance across multiple stores; Strong understanding of retail KPIs, including sales growth, conversion rate, ATV, UPT, and store productivity; Strong ability to coach Store Leaders and Sales Associates and build high-performing sales teams; Able to identify sales opportunities, address performance gaps, and execute effective improvement plans; Hands-on leadership, with regular store visits and strong operational execution; Willing to be based in Balikpapan and travel and supervise few stores.
