Perusahaan ini bergerak di bidang logistik dan layanan pengiriman instan. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengoordinasikan operasional di wilayah Jakarta. Sebagai Area Coordinator, Anda akan memantau aktivitas operasional harian untuk squad Scheduled Instant. Tugas Anda mencakup koordinasi dengan tim lokal, pengemudi, dan mitra, serta memastikan prosedur operasional dijalankan dengan standar yang ditetapkan. Anda juga akan menganalisis data kinerja untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan dan memberikan solusi guna meningkatkan efisiensi layanan di area Jakarta.
Tanggung jawab: Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities for the Scheduled Instant squad across assigned areas in Jakarta; Coordinate with local teams, drivers, partners, and other operational stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely service delivery; Monitor operational performance, identify issues, and follow up on operational gaps across assigned areas; Ensure the implementation of operational procedures and compliance with company standards; Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support performance monitoring and decision-making; Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve service quality and efficiency; Maintain effective communication and coordination with relevant teams to ensure operational alignment; Support other operational activities and business requirements as needed.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; Previous experience in operations, area management, logistics, fleet management, or a similar role is preferred; Experience handling multiple operational areas or coordinating regional operations is a strong plus; Familiarity with Jakarta's operational landscape, local business environments, and logistics conditions; Strong coordination and communication skills when working with multiple stakeholders.
