We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Drafter to join our team in the office. You will be working closely with our lead architect to revise and refine an existing architectural project, bringing our vision to accurate, construction-ready documentation. If you have a strong background in building renovations, excellent software skills, and experience working on hospitality/hotel projects, we would love to hear from you! Competitive salary (commensurate with experience).

Stable working hours (5/2, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Opportunity to work on exciting, high-standard hospitality projects. Experience: Proven professional experience as an Architectural Drafter, with a strong portfolio showcasing renovation projects.

Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. Language Skills: Good command of English (both written and spoken) for daily team communication and technical coordination. Format: Ready to work on-site in the office (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Kualifikasi

Prior professional experience working on hotel or hospitality projects (renovation or new build)
Ability to understand site constraints, existing conditions, and adaptive reuse architecture

Tanggung Jawab

Modify, update, and finalize existing architectural drawings and models based on project updates and redlines
Prepare comprehensive 2D documentation and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software
Coordinate drafting details across various project phases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards
Collaborate effectively with the lead architect and project team in a fast-paced office environment
