PT. Gamma Mitra Lestari membuka kesempatan bagi individu yang berdedikasi tinggi di bidang teknologi nuklir untuk bergabung dan bersama-sama memajukan teknologi nuklir di Indonesia. Sebagai Application Engineer, Anda akan berperan dalam menguasai produk beserta aplikasinya, memberikan dukungan aplikasi kepada pelanggan, melakukan pelatihan produk dan demonstrasi, serta mengembangkan pengetahuan aplikasi dengan menyusun SOP, instruksi kerja, dan panduan lainnya. Anda juga akan mengevaluasi serta meningkatkan aplikasi berdasarkan masukan pelanggan serta berkolaborasi dengan Technical Engineers dan Principal untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan dan menyelesaikan berbagai kendala teknis.
Tanggung jawab: Master products and their applications, including understanding equipment operating principles, fundamental nuclear technology concepts, operational workflows, application parameters, and best practices from the Principal; Provide application support to customers, including needs assessment, troubleshooting, problem analysis, and solution recommendations to ensure optimal equipment usage; Conduct product and application training, demonstrations, and customer support, both post-installation and during ongoing equipment use; Develop and standardize application knowledge by creating SOPs, work instructions, application guides, training materials, FAQs, and best practice documentation; Evaluate and improve applications based on customer feedback, application issues, usage data, and field experience; Collaborate with Technical Engineers and Principal to meet customer needs, resolve issues, develop applications, and disseminate product and application knowledge; REQUIREMENTS :.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 1 years of experience in Application Engineering, Technical Support, Engineering, or related fields; Fresh graduates with strong technical, communication, and presentation skills are welcome to apply; Bachelor’s Degree (D4/S1) in Nuclear Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering/Electronics Engineering; Minimum GPA of 3.00; Understands the basic concepts of nuclear technology and its applications; Strong interest in understanding products, their principles, applications, and operational workflows; Able to explain technical concepts clearly to users and customers; Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team; Willing to travel for customer visits, training, installation support, and business needs; Good command of English, both written and verbal.
