Posisi ini mencari seorang editor video profesional yang tidak sekadar melakukan pemotongan rekaman video, melainkan mampu menguasai psikologi UGC (User Generated Content) dengan konversi tinggi serta memanfaatkan alur kerja AI lanjutan untuk menghadirkan hasil yang cepat, dapat diskalakan, dan berkualitas tinggi. Peran ini menuntut keterlibatan dalam produksi pemasaran berdampak tinggi dengan alur kerja berbasis AI, pembuatan aset B-roll sinematik yang realistis, serta integrasi sulih suara AI untuk kontrol nada dan kecepatan yang presisi. Dalam kesehariannya, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk memproduksi video pemasaran berdampak tinggi menggunakan alur kerja berbasis AI, menghasilkan B-roll sinematik dan realistis untuk meningkatkan penceritaan merek, serta membuat dan mengintegrasikan sulih suara AI dengan kontrol nada, penjadwalan, dan konsistensi suara yang presisi. Selain itu, peran ini mencakup pengoptimalan video talking head baik dari avatar AI maupun rekaman nyata, serta berkolaborasi erat dengan tim untuk mengubah ringkasan kasar menjadi konten video yang menarik.
