Key Responsibilities Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on industrial compressed air systems, air dryers, and related machinery at customer factories. Willingness to travel frequently to outer islands (e.g., Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, etc.) for urgent machine service or scheduled deployment.

Actively identify customer needs during service visits and recommend/promote genuine consumable parts (filters, separators, lubricants) available in our warehouse to maximize machine lifespan. Technical Reporting: Clearly explain technical issues to customers and provide simple service reports to management after completing a job. Job Requirements

No formal educational background or high degree required 1–2 years of practical experience in electrical wiring, mechanical repair, or industrial machine maintenance. Must possess a valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM A and/or SIM C) to facilitate travel to client sites.

Hardworking, proactive, and highly enthusiastic about learning new machinery technologies. Language Skills: Basic conversational English (able to read basic machine manuals, error codes, and communicate simple updates to international teams). Certifications (Optional): Having any electrical, mechanical, or safety certification (from BNSP, BLK, or similar) is an advantage, but not required.
