Affiliate Specialist

About the role We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at YINTATECH. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya . As an Affiliate Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing, managing, and optimizing our affiliate marketing programmes to drive revenue growth and expand our market reach. This role is integral to our digital marketing strategy and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business performance through strategic partner relationships and data-driven campaign management.

Key responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to meet business objectives and revenue targets Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with high-performing affiliate partners and network

Monitor affiliate performance metrics and provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management. Optimize affiliate campaigns through A/B testing, creative development, and promotional strategy refinement Negotiate commission structures, terms, and agreements with affiliate partners to ensure mutual benefit

Manage affiliate budgets and ensure cost-effective acquisition of quality traffic and conversions Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and finance to align affiliate initiatives with overall business goals. Identify emerging affiliate opportunities and market trends to maintain competitive advantage

Troubleshoot technical issues related to affiliate tracking, attribution, and payment systems Provide training and support to affiliate partners to maximize their promotional effectiveness What we're looking
