Kualifikasi

• ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or related fields
• ● Minimum 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Creator Management, or E-commerce
• ● Familiar with affiliate platforms (TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, Tokopedia Affiliate, etc.)
• ● Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram) and content performance metrics
• ● Comfortable working with data, performance tracking, and reporting using Google Sheets/Excel
• ● Able to manage multiple affiliates, campaigns, and timelines simultaneously
• ● Strong communication and relationship-building skills with creators and internal stakeholders
• ● Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving
• ● Target-driven mindset with a strong interest in sales and performance marketing
• ● Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Tanggung Jawab

• 1. Affiliate Recruitment & Relationship Management
• a. Identify and recruit potential affiliates/creators based on campaign and business needs
• b. Conduct outreach, onboarding, and educate affiliates on program mechanics, deliverables, and best practices
• c. Maintain daily communication and build strong relationships with affiliates to maximize performance
• d. Support affiliate retention through regular engagement and performance monitoring
• 2. Affiliate Campaign Execution
• a. Coordinate affiliate campaigns and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule
• b. Prepare campaign briefs, product seeding, promo codes, and tracking links
• c. Monitor affiliate content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and campaign requirements
• d. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, BD, Creative, Operations) for smooth campaign execution
• 3. Reporting & Documentation
• a. Track affiliate performance, sales, and campaign metrics using internal dashboards and Google Sheets
• b. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights
• c. Maintain affiliate databases, campaign documentation, and performance records
• d. Coordinate commission validation and payment documentation with the finance/admin team
