Tanggung jawab: Build an affiliate program from zero on TikTok Shop and Shopee; Search, contact, and acquire potential creators, KOLs, and affiliates; Negotiate commissions, campaigns, and partnerships with creators and agencies; Create strategies and analyze affiliate performance (GMV, orders, creator performance, and others); Coordinate with the creative, e-commerce, ads, and livestream teams.
Kualifikasi: Male/Female with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, KOL, Creator Management, or E-Commerce; Understands the TikTok Shop Affiliate and Shopee Affiliate ecosystems; Capable and accustomed to conducting creator outreach and creating affiliate programs or campaigns; Able or experienced in building an affiliate program from zero (is a plus); Possesses strong negotiation and communication skills.
