Posisi Clinical Staff membuka kesempatan bagi tenaga profesional di bidang medis atau non-medis untuk mendukung operasional klinis dan edukasi perangkat estetika. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pemberian konsultasi, edukasi, dan pelatihan kepada klien terkait penggunaan perangkat estetika secara aman dan efektif, mendukung tim sales dalam presentasi, merancang program pelatihan klinis komprehensif, serta memperbarui materi edukasi sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi medis terbaru.
Tanggung jawab: Provide consultation, education, and training to clients on the safe and effective use of aesthetic devices; Support the sales team during presentations and meetings by delivering relevant medical and clinical explanations; Design and deliver comprehensive clinical training programs to ensure clients can confidently operate the devices; Develop, update, and adapt educational materials and user guidelines to support both sales teams and clients; Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetics and medical technology to enhance training quality and client experience.
Kualifikasi: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in the medical/aesthetic industry or in a similar clinical role; Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a medical field (Nursing) or non-medical field (Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related major); Discipline & Detail-oriented; Strong presentation and communication skills; Proactive, customer-focused, with excellent problem-solving abilities; Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
