Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi ini berperan dalam koordinasi proyek teknis, inspeksi vendor, dan administrasi QA/QC di sektor Minyak & Gas atau Energi. Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola jadwal inspeksi, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar QMS, serta mengoordinasikan mobilisasi personel offshore. Peran ini membutuhkan kemampuan manajemen pemangku kepentingan yang kuat, pemahaman mendalam mengenai alur kerja inspeksi (TPI, shop inspection), serta kemampuan untuk mengelola dokumentasi proyek secara efektif agar tenggat waktu terpenuhi.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project coordination, vendor inspection, or QA/QC administration within the Oil & Gas / Energy sector; Experience with major IOC clients; familiarity with BP standards is an advantage; Good understanding of TPI, shop inspection workflows, QMS, and Inspection Release Certificates (IRC); Familiarity with offshore personnel mobilization, including MCU, BOSIET/FOET, PPE, and site clearance; Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple inspection schedules and deadlines; Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; CAN JOIN ASAP.
