Posisi Advertising Sales Executive ini berfokus pada aktivitas penjualan media dengan latar belakang industri TV atau OOH (Out-of-Home). Peran ini menuntut kemampuan dalam membuat ideasi, konsep, dan materi presentasi penjualan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan kampanye klien. Anda akan bertanggung jawab melakukan aktivitas penjualan mulai dari membuat janji temu, presentasi, negosiasi, hingga penutupan kesepakatan. Selain itu, Anda harus membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan agensi dan pengiklan, melakukan riset kampanye, serta memantau dan mengawasi pesanan media baik on-screen maupun off-screen untuk mencapai target pendapatan bulanan perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Make ideation, concept and selling presentation material that adjusted based on client’s campaign needs and brief; Doing selling activity (Make Appointment, Presentation, Negotiation, Closing the deals); Have a good collaboration and communication with Agency is a MUST; Build and maintain relationship with the clients; Client development (find and get a new client); Process, Monitor, and Supervise all the media order for on screen and off screen; Make a post campaign report and present it to the client; Doing Research for client campaign and competitor campaign that use on making selling proposal; Meet and achieve the target given by the company, and maintain the revenue number every month.
Kualifikasi: More than 3 years experience as Account Executive / Sales Group Head in Media/TV/Digital/OOH Industry; Have a good reputation among agency and advertisers; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Revenue and Target Driven Person; Have a good collaboration and communication with Agency is a MUST.
