Kualifikasi

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (Estimator/Project Admin)
• Experience using ERP systems, project management software, or document management systems.
• Knowledge of construction processes, project lifecycle, and site administration.
• Experience in cost tracking, purchase order administration, and project reporting is a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with project teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
