Join the Apex Sports Village Pre-Opening Team! Weβre seeking an Admin F&B to support the daily administrative operations of the Food & Beverage department, including inventory management, purchasing coordination, reporting, and documentation. Manage daily administrative tasks for the Food & Beverage department.
Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation. Monitor inventory levels and update stock records accurately. Assist with purchase orders, supplier coordination, and invoice processing.
Support budget tracking and cost-control activities. Coordinate staff schedules, attendance records, and departmental communications. Ensure all documents comply with company policies and operational standards.
Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, invoices, and operational records. Assist management with data analysis and performance reporting. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth F&B operations.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum 1β2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
