About the role Locca Sea House is seeking an experienced Admin F&B (Food & Beverage) professional to join our dynamic team in Bali. This is a full-time position based in our stunning beachfront location. As Admin F&B, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our food and beverage department, ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen, dining, and service teams. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of hospitality and operational excellence, directly contributing to the exceptional guest experiences we are known for.
Key responsibilities Maintain detailed records of inventory, stock levels, and food costs. Manage billing, invoicing, and payment processing for F&B transactions
Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage items Support menu planning and costing exercises with the F&B management team Monitor and report on F&B performance metrics and key performance indicators
Maintain organised filing systems and documentation for compliance and audit purposes What we're looking for Proven experience in F&B administration or a similar hospitality administrative role, ideally within a beachclub.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and financial documentation
