Tanggung Jawab

• Lead and oversee all finance and accounting operations
• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and management reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
• Monitor internal controls and financial risk management
• Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Cost Control, and Purchasing
• Manage cash flow, banking, and financial reconciliations
• Work closely with the Managing director and department heads to drive financial performance
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team
