會計主管 / Accounting Supervisor （工作地点：印度尼西亚三宝垄Semarang, Indonesia）

Tanggung Jawab

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and fixed asset accounting
• Ensure proper documentation and recording of all financial transactions and supervise month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare financial statements, including but not limited to balance sheets and income statements
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies
• Prepare and follow up on tax incentive applications, such as Tax Allowance, Investment Allowance, and other relevant incentives
• Maintain strong internal control procedures to safeguard company assets
• Coordinate with external auditors to complete the annual audit
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in manufacturing industry is highly preferred
• Fluent in Chinese or English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, general ledger management, reconciliations, and month-end closing
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
