Accounting Stock

About the role We are seeking an experienced Accounting Stock professional to join PT HELLOMART INDONESIA in Jakarta Barat. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory and asset records across our operations. As Accounting Stock, you will be responsible for managing stock accounting processes, ensuring compliance with financial standards, and providing reliable data that supports our business decision-making and financial reporting requirements. What you'll be doing

Recording and monitoring inventory transactions, including purchases, sales, returns, and adjustments Maintaining accurate stock records and reconciling physical inventory counts with accounting records Preparing and analysing inventory valuation reports using appropriate costing methods

Processing and documenting fixed asset acquisitions, disposals, and transfers Conducting regular inventory audits and investigating discrepancies between recorded and actual stock levels Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures related to inventory and assets

Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, including inventory cut-off procedures Preparing detailed reports on inventory levels, asset depreciation, and stock movement for management review Collaborating with warehouse and operational teams to ensure accurate stock documentation

Maintaining organised records and supporting external audit requirements What we're looking for Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
