• Monitor and reconcile inventory records by comparing physical stock counts with system data to ensure inventory accuracy
• Conduct regular inventory audits of raw materials across stores and operational locations
• Verify inventory quantities with a high level of accuracy, including measurements in grams, liters, and other units of measure
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
• Record and maintain inventory transactions, stock adjustments, and stock movement in the system
• Prepare inventory reconciliation reports, stock variance analyses, and periodic inventory reports for management
• Support the month-end closing process by preparing inventory-related schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
• Ensure inventory valuation and inventory records are accurate and comply with company accounting policies and internal controls
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Finance teams to ensure accurate inventory and cost reporting
• Generate and maintain inventory and accounting reports using the ESB System
• Perform on-site inventory verification by visiting stores and operational locations as required
• Assist in improving inventory control procedures and maintaining accurate documentation for audit purposes
• Assist in account reconciliations for inventory-related balances and support both internal and external audit processes
• Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting, Inventory Control, Cost Control, or Inventory Audit, mandatory from F&B; Coffee Shop
• Strong understanding of inventory reconciliation, stock movement, and inventory accounting principles
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling inventory quantities and measurements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas)
• Experience using the ESB System is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Willing to travel frequently to stores or operational sites for stock verification
• Able to work independently while maintaining effective coordination with cross-functional teams
• Willing to work full-time, Work From Office (WFO) based in South Jakarta
