Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Reporting to the Head of Operations in Indonesia and Head Office in Singapore, the Office Manager will manage the administrative and financial operations of the business. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including the preparation and maintenance of accurate journal entries. • Prepare, review, and analyze accounting reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and standards. • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and maintain compliance. • Provide support during audits and liaise with external auditors as necessary.

2. Tax • Handle all tax-related matters, including the preparation and submission of tax reports, ensuring timely and accurate filing. • Responsible to prepare draft tax calculations, ID Billing, and tax returns for monthly and annual tax compliance purposes • Responsible for the tax administration (i.e. issue VAT invoice) • Assisting during the tax dispute or tax refund process • Responsible to filing tax documents neatly • Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant tax requirements.

3. HR & Admin • Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing for employees. • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and employment laws, managing appropriate deductions for taxes and social security. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information necessary for processing payroll, such as personal details, salaries, exemptions, and benefits. • Prepare and submit statutory reports, including social security contributions, tax filings, and other regulatory requirements. • Stay updated on changes to Indonesia labor laws and regulations affecting payroll processing.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Good knowledge of local tax regulation. • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tax and/or Payroll Specialist • CPA/CTA Qualification is preferable • Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential to effectively communicate with the Management. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
