Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• More than 18 years of experience in the accounting field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and Indonesian accounting regulations
• Brevet A & B Certification is mandatory
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting/ERP systems

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead and manage the Accounting Department
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management
• Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Mentor and develop the accounting team to achieve high performance
• Work Location: Subang, West Java
