We are a well-established international company with over 22 years of global presence and more than a decade of operations in Jakarta, specializing in high-end building materials and home living products. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a highly capable Finance Controller / Head of Finance (Mandarin Speaker) to oversee financial operations, accounting management, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting across the company. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, leadership, and the ability to coordinate closely with management in a fast-paced business environment. The role involves overseeing daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, monitoring cash flow, and managing operational expenses.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee daily finance and accounting operations; Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial and management reports; Monitor company cash flow, operational expenses, and financial transactions; Supervise bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial documentation; Ensure proper implementation of accounting procedures and internal controls; Coordinate monthly and yearly financial closing processes; Handle company taxation matters including PPh, VAT, and related tax reporting; Ensure company compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial requirements; Coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors, and related parties.
Kualifikasi: Mandarin Speaker (Fluent in Chinese); Strong sense of responsibility; Accuracy and attention to detail; Leadership skills; Ability to coordinate with management.
