This position involves managing financial transactions within a luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for executing sales, refunds, exchanges, and tax-free processing with high precision using the POS system. Beyond transaction handling, you will manage daily register opening and closing procedures, perform cash drawer audits, and ensure strict compliance with financial controls and anti-money laundering regulations. You will also be responsible for high-end gift wrapping and preparing detailed reports on various payment methods and tax-refund claims.
Tanggung jawab: Execute sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and tax-free processing accurately using the POS system; Handle multi-currency transactions, high-value credit card processing, wire transfers, and luxury gift card redemptions; Perform daily register opening and closing procedures, reconciliations, and cash drawer audits; Ensure strict compliance with store financial controls, loss prevention protocols, and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations; Expertly wrap, package, and present client purchases according to brand guidelines; Prepare reports on payment methods and tax-refund claims; Coordinate and communicate effectively with stores and cross-functional teams to resolve payment-related issues.
Kualifikasi: 2+ years of experience in luxury retail cashiering or Banking teller; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Power Point); Experience with retail POS reporting tools and basic data analysis; Attention to detail; Preferable experience in high-end gift wrapping.
