An accounting role within a villa management company. The position is responsible for managing financial records, tax compliance, and profit and loss (P&L) statements. The role requires a candidate with significant experience in accounting, finance, and tax, particularly within the hospitality, property, or villa management sectors. The Accountant Officer will handle service charge systems and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role demands high integrity, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Fluency in English is mandatory for this position.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field; Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting, finance, and tax; Strong experience in villa management, hospitality, property management, or similar industries; Hands-on experience with service charge systems and P&L management; Good understanding of accounting and tax regulations; Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Must have a personal laptop for work.
