Accountant Generalist

We are currently seeking passionate and talented individuals to grow with us at DIUBUD Coffee & Eatery Legian . DIUBUD Coffee & Eatery Legian is urgently looking for an Accountant Generalist (Daily Worker) .

Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately. Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing. Reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, and daily sales reports.

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Monitor inventory records and support stock reconciliation. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.

Support tax documentation and ensure compliance with company policies. Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents. Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, and other departments regarding financial matters.

Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
