Account Payable

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years experience in Account Payable, Finance, or Accounting. Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or F&B industry is preferred.

Good understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to maintain confidentiality of financial information Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents. Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.

Prepare and schedule payments to suppliers and vendors. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve payment discrepancies. Maintain accurate and organized AP records and filing systems.
