About the Role At Mbizmarket.co.id, we empower government institutions through reliable B2G e-commerce solutions. We are looking for passionate and driven Account Managers who are eager to build relationships, identify business opportunities, and support the growth of our government business across the assigned region. What You'll Do
Manage and develop government accounts within the assigned region. Build and maintain relationships with local government institutions, including regional government offices (Pemda), BUMD, and other public sector organizations. Identify business opportunities and support sales activities to achieve growth targets.
Conduct presentations, prepare proposals, and assist in negotiations with government stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to support procurement, project execution, and customer needs. Monitor account performance and provide market insights to support business expansion.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in any major. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or related fields is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Eager to learn and build a career in B2G sales and government relations. Knowledge of government procurement processes (e-Katalog, LPSE, etc.) is a plus.
