• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
• Understand client objectives and translate them into effective marketing strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are on track and aligned with client expectations
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools, particularly in performance marketing
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress, address concerns, and discuss upcoming initiatives
• Key Competencies:
• Excellent Communication Skills: Able to clearly convey ideas, expectations, and feedback to clients and team members
• Fluent in English: Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, with a focus on performance marketing (e.g., PPC, display ads, social media advertising, SEO)
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and handling competing priorities
• Analytical Thinking: Capable of interpreting campaign data and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a digital marketing agency
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
