Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Build a relationship with SBU and do a regular meeting for the performance review and action plan
- Discuss with each brand how to assess the opportunity, and the competitive advantage to achieve the target
- Building, and maintaining relationship with clients, partners, and stakeholders to have clear solutions
- A strategic plan for new member Acquisition and maintaining the existing member
- Execute each promo or campaign from the brand, and deliver all the brands want to achieve the goals
- Analyze and create a data insight for the brands for the business overview and decision-based
- Create a Campaign with SBUs to boost sales & awareness
- Responsible for maintaining loyalty & e-commerce business with collaboration with the brands
- Engage with all the department to achieve the goals
- Work with Analyst and Campaign team to provide in-depth and regular analysis to SBU of the past campaign as well projection for the future campaign.
- Engage with all divisions to create campaign such as : landing page / settings promo– webops, attractive promo – brands, attractive design – creative, and how to make users know the promo. We also need help from ads, socmed, edm.
- Need to motivate and lead others function to deliver the projects
