Posisi 4W Vehicle Management Specialist ini berlokasi di Bali dan bertanggung jawab penuh atas pengelolaan armada kendaraan roda empat perusahaan. Peran ini mencakup perencanaan pemeliharaan, pengawasan kondisi kendaraan, hingga koordinasi dengan pihak asuransi. Spesialis ini akan memastikan seluruh armada dalam kondisi siap operasional, aman, dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Selain koordinasi internal, peran ini juga melibatkan hubungan dengan bengkel dan vendor eksternal untuk memastikan proses perbaikan dan perawatan berjalan lancar sesuai jadwal.
Tanggung jawab: Develop maintenance plans and monitor vehicle maintenance and servicing activities for assigned 4W vehicles; Coordinate with insurance providers on vehicle insurance claims and ensure all required documentation is properly processed; Conduct periodic inspections to monitor vehicle condition, safety, and operational readiness; Coordinate and carry out vehicle retrieval when necessary; Manage and control vehicle keys, including key distribution, collection, and record keeping; Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and follow up on any maintenance or repair issues; Maintain accurate records of vehicle condition, maintenance, insurance claims, and key management; Coordinate with internal teams, workshops, and external vendors to ensure smooth vehicle management operations.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation, Logistics, Management , or a related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle management, fleet management, automotive, transportation, or related industries; Experience managing 4W vehicles is highly preferred; Good understanding of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and inspection processes; Familiar with vehicle insurance claims and documentation; Strong coordination and communication skills with internal teams and external vendors; Detail-oriented and organized, especially in managing vehicle records and documentation; Good problem-solving and follow-up skills; Willing to work in an operational environment and conduct field visits when required.
