Minimum 4 years of experience in yard operations, container depot, terminal, logistics, or related industry. Experience in container yard operations is highly preferred. Have experience supervising and managing an operational team. Good understanding of container handling, yard management, and operational processes. Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced operational environment. Willing to work shift and be placed at Cakung, Jakarta .
Tanggung jawab: Supervise daily yard operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient container handling activities; Monitor container movement, stacking, loading/unloading, and yard utilization; Coordinate and manage yard operators and other operational teams; Monitor daily operational performance and ensure targets and KPIs are achieved; Ensure all yard activities are carried out according to SOP, safety, and operational standards; Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective actions; Coordinate with related departments such as Operations, Transport, Customer Service, and Maintenance; Prepare daily operational reports and provide updates to management; Monitor manpower, equipment, and yard capacity to support operational requirements.
