responsible for overseeing all daily yard operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement, storage, and handling of materials, containers
Tanggung jawab: Supervise daily yard operations and coordinate yard personnel; Ensure proper receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials, equipment, or containers; Monitor yard inventory and maintain accurate records; Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Transportation teams to ensure smooth operations; Ensure all loading and unloading activities are carried out safely and efficiently; Conduct routine inspections of the yard, equipment, and vehicles; Enforce company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment; Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and training as needed; Prepare daily and weekly operational reports; Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions; Ensure compliance with company SOPs and applicable regulations.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 2-3 years of experience in yard operations, warehouse, logistics, or transportation; Strong leadership and team management skills; Good knowledge of inventory control and yard management processes; Familiarity with safety regulations (K3/HSE); Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities; Good communication and problem-solving skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with ERP/WMS is an advantage.
