As a Lead Consultant, you will serve as a key leader within the store environment, responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving business growth. Your role involves managing the store team, ensuring that sales targets are consistently met, and maintaining high standards of customer experience. You will also be tasked with managing inventory levels, executing visual merchandising strategies, and ensuring that all store activities strictly adhere to company SOPs. By analyzing sales data, you will develop and implement effective growth strategies to enhance store performance and operational efficiency.
