Workshop & Yard Section Head – Heavy Equipment

PT Maximus Indo Asia is seeking a dynamic leader to manage all workshop and yard operations for their heavy equipment division in Tangerang, Banten. This contract role is pivotal for ensuring the maintenance, repair, and safe storage of the equipment fleet, directly impacting operational productivity and profitability. The Section Head is responsible for supervising workshop staff and technicians, developing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and environmental standards. The role also involves budget management, inventory control for spare parts, and liaising with external suppliers to optimize repair turnaround times.
