Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022). Administer and troubleshoot IIS, Nginx, and Apache Tomcat web/application servers. Support deployment and maintenance of Java- and .NET-based applications. Troubleshoot Java Runtime, Windows Services, IIS, and application-related issues. Perform Microsoft SQL Server administration, including backup, restore, monitoring, and basic performance tuning. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks. Monitor server health, application availability, and system performance. Perform Windows patching, security updates, and preventive maintenance. Investigate and resolve production incidents within the agreed SLA. Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
